Meet Anne Calton
Mission Increase (MI) Middle Tennessee is a community of Christian ministries working to implement a biblical approach to fundraising to grow and more fully-achieve their God-given missions. What do we want FOR Middle Tennessee as a result? An “overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God.” (2 Corinthians 9:12-NIV)
Funded by givers from this community, MI Middle Tennessee is able to offer teaching, coaching, consulting, and even matching grants, all at no cost to ministries.

Build an Effective Champion Development Team
The responsibility of fundraising should never land on a single person’s shoulders. No matter the size, or age, of a ministry, it is possible to build a mighty team that shares the responsibility of fundraising, increases relational capacity, and expands the organizational efforts to develop champions. Join us for this special question and response national webinar on February 15th.
Workshops
Unlock the Power of a Major Gifts Plan
Asking the right person, for the right gift, at the right time takes careful consideration and planning. This requires meeting with givers and building relationships. This requires a system to track data and next steps. Gather with peers in ministry for hands-on practice learning how a major gifts plan is a critical piece to your fundraising strategy.
Acquire New Champions through Large Scale Events
Intentional new-giver strategies are essential for nonprofit growth. Fundraising events play a significant role in connecting new givers to the cause, not to mention have substantial benefit on an organization’s bottom line. Over the past two decades, Mission Increase’s Events Manual has helped thousands of leaders invite new people, raise money, grow existing champions and build community through inspiring fundraising dinners. This learning series will walk through a proven model for fundraising events.
