Having trouble receiving our email?

Some email providers and programs treat messages from people outside of your organization or people who are not in your address book as junk mail. Please add your area director into your address book and/or "Trusted Senders" list.

If you still do not receive email from us, please try one of the following:

  • Check your SPAM folder
  • Verify that you entered your email address correctly (contact your Area Director for additional help)
  • Verify that your mailbox is not full
  • Verify that your mail server is up (contact your ISP or email provider for more information)
  • If your email provider uses content blocking, verify that simple/common keywords are not listed
